On the 2nd of March I tried calling the MTN call center and was sent from pillar to post and ended up writing an email trying to cancel the contract so that I could make arrangements for payment of the remaining amount. The contract was R210 per month but I owed R2855. The contract was supposed to end in February which is why I tried canceling it. In my email to them I tried making arrangements for the remaining amount to be payed off, but to my dismay, when I went to the MTN store in White River today, I was told that the contract was automatically increased from R210 to R750, now I'm being told that I owe them over R3500 instead of the R2885.
