Colour durability of Prominent Paints

I painted the roof of my house two years ago with the following product. Product : Prominent Paint - Roof & Paving exterior 12 Year Guarantee - especially with the following highlights (1) UV Protection (2) Hardwearing & Flexible (3) Long Lasting Protection (4) Colour Durability The roof change colour with in two years from grey to a red/pink color and bringing it under the attention of the store manager in Somerset West Mrs. Karen Maree they respond after doing some tests on my roof with a email from head office that they will refund me with the paint and that I am also welcome to contact Mr Swart regarding this matter/report which I also done. They mention a few things in the report that were wrong when I painted the roof and only going to refund the paint and not mentioning any labour cost to apply the paint back to the roof. Needless to say that Mr Swart never responded to my emails but he phoned me ones on the 05/02/2021 that he will look into this matter after I explained to him that I did follow all the necessary steps as mentioned to me by their technical assistant who was on the site before I painted the roof. Mr Swart never returned any emails or whats app messages after promising to look into this matter. When starting this project I asked Prominent Paints for a quote and I decided to purchased all the paint for this project from them especially to prevent future comebacks and giving other paint companies the fault if something would go wrong and therefore asked Prominent Paints also to send their technical advisor to this site who assisted me and my contractor at that time regarding the procedure to paint the roof. I tried to do everything according to the book to prevent situations as I am currently founding myself in. Due to fungus on the roof the technical assistant suggests that we first treat the roof with one of their products killing the fungus and then he will inspect the roof again. After delaying the projects with two unattended appointments for this inspection within a week holding my project and contractor/painter behind schedule we decided to continue with the painting of the roof before the weather turned against us. Never did I know that this product we use will be faulty and that they will use this against me. If I probably use a well known painter in our area I would never need to face the consumer and Hellopeter for help and assistance with this matter. The cost to re-paint my roof is more than the cost of the paint. I definitely did not plan or budget to repaint my roof after two years if it was not for a product that was faulty. Please assist me with this matter especially after it was bought under my attention that they paid all the expense to the other similar complaints due to the faulty product which included paint and labour cost.
