Shocking service Buco Rietpan
Where do i start!!!! From waiting 2weeks for stock to be sent from their branch in Honeydew to waiting ons site for 10 hours for a delivery wich i was promissed it wilp be done first thing. After phoning the branch numerous times, i was told that thei dont know where the truck is. When the truck finally arived the order was missing items. It is now 4 weeks after the delivery and stil they dont have these items. Staff is ****y and rude. Save yourself allot of stress and avoid Buco Rietpan. They get the firts price for uselessness

Pathetic company
Worst customer care I have ever experienced in my life! You cannot get through to their technical department, and of you do they say that they will phone you back, they never do. Been offline now for 4 days no joy! I cannot even cancel my contract.........someone must do something about these people. They are thieves..........
