Sorry sir!
Buco Rietpan was quick to take our order, but their delivery process is a mess! Apart from the fact that their sand delivery truck took out our gate post with motor and electric fence, we had to battle to get our material. The stuff arrived in drips and drabs, and then we get told that the two sliding doors we ordered will only be delivered after ten working days. And we have a building team on site that stood without material for days... at our cost.

Buco Rietpan was quick to take our order, but their delivery process is a mess! Shocking service Buco Rietpan
Where do i start!!!! From waiting 2weeks for stock to be sent from their branch in Honeydew to waiting ons site for 10 hours for a delivery wich i was promissed it wilp be done first thing. After phoning the branch numerous times, i was told that thei dont know where the truck is. When the truck finally arived the order was missing items. It is now 4 weeks after the delivery and stil they dont have these items. Staff is ****y and rude. Save yourself allot of stress and avoid Buco Rietpan. They get the firts price for uselessness

Storm damage
The owner Tommy Cronje, is multi-talented. He has successfully completed a major project on my house. We suffered storm damage - tree branch collapsed on the garage roof, damaging tiles, guttering, barge boards and battens. All this efficiently repaired, the entire roof re-painted including all barge boards, fascia boards gutters and down-piping. Timber cladding sanded and re-sealed. A pleasant working team were on site.
