Shocking service Buco Rietpan

Where do i start!!!! From waiting 2weeks for stock to be sent from their branch in Honeydew to waiting ons site for 10 hours for a delivery wich i was promissed it wilp be done first thing. After phoning the branch numerous times, i was told that thei dont know where the truck is. When the truck finally arived the order was missing items. It is now 4 weeks after the delivery and stil they dont have these items. Staff is ****y and rude.
