5hours waiting for assistance
You have to wait 6 hours to get a response on WhatsApp and when you call in about queries. This has been the most exhausting experience because im being dragged from pillar to post on such a small matter.

No electricity at MEMS properties for 1 week
Mems properties left an entire complex in Midrand withoutelectricity for almost a week now. They have not said a single word to tenants and are not responding to queries. Living in their properties should be the last thing you do no matter how stranded you may be.
