I was struggling with my UIF application in terms of feedback and a reason for my claim not being paid. I got the number from a group and was assisted from the time I approached UIF Queen. She was able to get feedback on why I was not being paid and we finally resolved the issue. Once the issue was sorted she carried out the rest of the process and I finally received a payment. Thanks again for your efficiency!
Hello. I placed an online order for a laptop on 28 February expecting my delivery in 2-5 Days. Meaning by 7 March at the latest. On 6 March I got an email to say the laptop was delivered. I called the call centre both Aramex and Incredible connection to say I did not receive the laptop. Complaint lodged. I called the call centre numerous times only to hear the request is being escalted and I will receive my delivery in a day. I want a refund now and expect that it will be paid into my account within 24 hours as this is pathetic service and a possible attempt at theft at my expense.
I purchased batteries via a third party person around March. The batteries subsequently were not lasting even half an hour during loadshedding. The batteries were taken in to Sinetech on 1 December. The feedback we got was that there was no fault. I have yet to still have the batteries in my possesion. We folowed up with a return date and got no proper response. I called in myself 2 days ago and still waiting for Simon to get back to me. Christmas is approaching and the reason I invested in batteries was to mitigate no power not realising the batteries wont even last a year and the after sales service is so pathetic!. So I am not sure what happened to these batteries and would want to know where I stand because I am certainly not satisfied with this service or lack there of.
I applied for Home Fibre in January and they supplied me with a Modem while they come in and complete the installation. MY installation is yet to be complete but they have suspended my account and we have no WIFI since 17h00 yesterday. Needless to say I tried calling and waited over an hour to talk to a consultant who could not assist, confirmed that somebody would reconnect me in an hour and still nothing. This morning I tried calling and my call was supposed to be escalated. I am still waiting for a call with no WIFI. There is no complaints department and the phone lines always have 22 customers before you. Pathetic service and no remorse from this Supersonic who claim to be Superstars.
