Arrived before 8am at your facilities and I'm not done even now at 14:20. There's only one nurse attending to us as pregnant woman and she's now taking her frustrations on us coz she's hungry and we were left waiting again coz she had to take lunch I'll probably leave after 4pm...the service was just pathetic today...no sense of urgency at all...poor customer service period...imagine sitting on those uncomfortable chairs for 5hours or more while u are pregnant. Management is no where to monitor the service I'm super ****ed y'all deserve a zero rating nidla imali ye state mahhala nina.
The service I received today at pick n pay midrand boulders is not on par... especially from someone who is in supervisory level... The lady told me to join the queue there's nothing special about me, pregnancy is a choice not a sickness. Before approaching her to assist me with the few items I had, I was in the queue and I was tired of standing, the queue was long full of trolleys and was not moving so I decided to go to the front with my few items and asked to be assisted...woow the gestures on her face said it all...I felt so small being belittled by another woman about pregnancy...do better next time...an exception should be in place for pregnancy ladies
As a regular client I must say I am pleased with the service I received from one of the managers (Suzan Fundama) at Midrand Boulders pick n pay I bought a wrong set of books for my child at Montana pick n pay and had lost my slip but she went all out and displayed one rare level of professionalism and willingness to help...I'm one happy client.
