Nurse S Makhubele (light skinned Nurse with a straight up hairstyle 13 June 2025) gave me very bad treatment. First she was reluctant to give me medication(she pnly. She was full of attitude and arguing with me. I told her that I needed a sick note for school but she didn't want to give me one. We fought about it when she finally gave me the note it didn't have full information just my name and today's date(no return date, she didn't put her name in, she didn't write any other thing). I was finally assisted by a male nurse with knowledge, understanding and patience.

Took my daughter for a 1 year six months checkup,I arrived at the clinic at 8:30am then got assisted around 12:10. I was then told that I have to take my daughter to do a HIV test because apparently they test them when they are 1yr6months so I was told to go the board room for the test and when I got there the lady(sister Manoko) was supposed to do the test was on the phone then I had to wait for like 20 minutes then I decided to go check if she’s free ….WOW when I got there was on a video call looking all cosy then she became rude to me and she said to me “ who told you that I was done ? Go out I’m still busy”. yohhh haiii this was the worst experience ever ,always thought halfway house clinic was the best clinic but today she proved me wrong….choosing to talk with a man via video call during working hours and after that she didn’t even see that she was wrong!!!!

I would like to thank Nurse Dineo for a great job that she is doing in the facility your services are really appreciated, your patience and kindness is admirable. The clinic facility itself is terrible their female bathroom facilities hardly ever work and ladies have to use male facilities which is not just risky as males could step in at anytime but also very unhygienic, majority of the staff have an i do not care attitude towards patience which is very sad, some staff walk around for hours before actually attending to patience and others use the excuse of not receiving files so they cannot attend to you while your files are with them.

I went for a Covid test and I was assisted by a nurse called Masingita Nkotswi. I’ve never dealt with such a cold hearted person before. This lady was rude from the minute I told her my GP said I should come to the clinic for a Covid test because my hospital plan does not cover Covid tests. She told me how government clinics don’t do tests for people that are from private Dr’s. I further more explained that I was advised not to go to the office until I’m sure my results are negative. She was so irritated with me she made me sit and wait as though there was a que then she told me to face up and lower my mask. Mind you, these test are done in the public eye where there is no privacy at all. I’ve never felt so ashamed in my life. When she was done with the test she went on to tell me that I must call the clinic the next day and ask for my results because they might not send the SMS. I called for my results yesterday and the clinic told me to call today. Before I could even call the same lady calls to tell me that they cannot get my results due to the lab not receiving my test. She then advises me I’m meant to come back to re test or get a note for work that confirms that I went for a test. I’m really disappointed in how nurses at government clinics get to treat people. I am more than sure that everyone has a right to basic health care and be treated with respect.

Arrived before 8am at your facilities and I'm not done even now at 14:20. There's only one nurse attending to us as pregnant woman and she's now taking her frustrations on us coz she's hungry and we were left waiting again coz she had to take lunch I'll probably leave after 4pm...the service was just pathetic today...no sense of urgency at all...poor customer service period...imagine sitting on those uncomfortable chairs for 5hours or more while u are pregnant. Management is no where to monitor the service I'm super ****ed y'all deserve a zero rating nidla imali ye state mahhala nina.
