We purchased a washing machine at house & home Centurion. Upon approaching the sales lady in December 2025 I clearly stated to her that I was looking for a 2 in 1 Washing machine and tumble dryer she showed us one and got straight to the paperwork, in January 2026 I received the washing machine only to later find out the machine does not have the dryer function, this was also confirmed by the manufacturer of the machine. After placing a review of my dissatisfaction and disappointment the OK head office made contact with us to say they'll be collecting the washing machine and that we should go the store over the weekend see another machine which they suggested, when I got to the store I looked at the machine but this also had no dryer function and was smaller than the one they had collected. I continued to look around and found a machine with the combo functionality which I originally wanted the price now being double the price of the machine we were first sold, now at the store I say to the sales lady we would like the machine at the price we got the first machine at being that error was from their side they sold me a item using false advertising she then called their store manager and he said he would back to us on Monday as this is not a decision he can make Monday they contacted my husband saying this is not possible so I went to the store and spoke to the manager who is absolutely rude he says to me why I am the one who is speaking to them when I am not the one who is paying for the machine my husband is.. Further to the matter they are not willing to resolve the issue of their false adverti*****t of the machine I contacted head office and they said they would get back to me and until now they have not contacted me. I will not ever recommend this store to anyone

I would like to thank Nurse Dineo for a great job that she is doing in the facility your services are really appreciated, your patience and kindness is admirable. The clinic facility itself is terrible their female bathroom facilities hardly ever work and ladies have to use male facilities which is not just risky as males could step in at anytime but also very unhygienic, majority of the staff have an i do not care attitude towards patience which is very sad, some staff walk around for hours before actually attending to patience and others use the excuse of not receiving files so they cannot attend to you while your files are with them.
They have deducted money from account without my consent and they are now refusing to reverse the debit and i cannot do it from side, i have requested on several occasions for them to reimburse me and every time the consultants tell me they have requested the reversal it will take 24hrs for the funds to be in my account.... this has happened even though i have made the payment that i have promised to make to them and yet they have taken more than they should have and left me in a predicament. i am extremely annoyed with Nedbank as the same thing happened previously and i have to constantly fight about it
They are absolute bunch of rips off, I submitted a claim for insurance on a loan I had taken with them as I have been retrenched and suddenly they have started debiting my account telling me that the loan was in arrears and the insurance will not be paying for the loan anymore.
I had a fashion express account many years ago and this account has since been settled and closed I have on more than one occasion sent through the settlement letter which I received and yet this account still reflects as unpaid on my ITC report and this really frustrating as it is bad reflection on my name. I have contacted tfg via call and they keep telling me we will update it yet until today it has not been done...
I have an account with them and they are threating to black list me for an account which only requires the current installment,they have been harassing me with me calls and sms's.they have even blocked my account for purchases. I did fall behind only once with my account and that was due to me being retrenched and I have since submitted my documents to the email provided by their store. I would not recommend anyone opens an account with them ever as they are unreasonable.
Wow WOW WOW The worst service that I have ever received and I have been calling them for about a month now and still have not received any assistance from them. A person holds for almost an hour before you get through and once you do the consultant makes you hold for another 20-30mins. I'm extremely appalled by their service I used R500 for airtime to call them and I still have nothing to show....
Ismrt are an absolute pain in the butt R 800 ONLY LAST 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These people are crooks.I worked according to the dashboard which i see they make reference to and got my usage from there but still i am not winning with these guys. I hardly use my geyser as we have solar in the complex and that usually uses the most units.They just need to install meters into the properties.
these are the most annoying calls ever they call every single day for arrangements which have been made, then they say they need to confirm, yet they charging me the call that I didn't ask them to make, so the amount never decreases, I feel like I am being harassed by these people. there has been an arrangement made they should stick to and not try to make extra money by them calling me and charging me for their call.......#ANNOYED
