Ishmael from Carlswald helped me join Mid December. I paid upfront for January. I asked that my debit order is on the 25th but somehow he added another member to my account the ladies name is Olwethu. Virgin active decided to debit my account on the 1st and I called to query this then Asanda from head office at the accounts department confirmed that two people appear on my name. I eventually speak to the sales person that helped and he confirms with Asanda that the details have been amended and that I will be debited as of the 25th of February. This morning to my surprise I wake up to my account being debited again in the same month and Wazeer from cancellations tells me some story about paying in advance and how I am liable to pay today as well. I have been harassed on the first by Asanda and now I’m being made an idiot by someone that’s clearly not sure of what they doing. Ishmael on the other hand told me to reverse today’s debit order because it was done in error yet Wazeer insists that the debit order that went off today is due to them. I want to cancel all this and I will not pay a single cent for peoples incompetence and arrogance. I am tired of the back and forth. How’s it my fault that Virgin active does as they please in my account! Is it
I got over charged for a local trip on the 19th of February. To date I am still not refunded
I have been with rain from 2019 and I have never been billed R1200 and some change. I have two separate accounts because I was advised by a sales person at rain to close one and cancel the other. He stated that because I am an existing client I will not be billed for the router than is no longer working because they upgraded. He went on to help me reactivating my old account and he promised that September will be my last debit order for the router that is no longer working. This morning I wake up to an amount that went off my account for the old router. How can I be debited for two routers for two following months if I am only using the new router? What is this? I spoke to a team leader from customer services who confirmed that I was not meant to be billed. He promised to call me back at 11 and its two hours later no one has called me (Khesani Simangwe). I have never been so ********** and I am going to cancel the new router as well because what are the odds? They will probably debit my account even after this !
I have never had such bad service before? We pay our fiber in advance but we haven’t had any fiber for the past two weeks? What kind of **** service is this? a tech was here and confirmed that everything is fine but this thing isn’t working it says there’s no internet? How long do we have keep trying to call without getting help?
These ones will say the ride is R80.00 incl VAT when you get to your destination ride is over R100 For no reason. I had four drivers cancel my request this morning but I got debited for all those rides, one took it further by Charging me R19.00 for waiting at a place only he knows of. I am extremely annoyed with this I have to pay bank charges because this thing happened unit my account got to a minus. You better pay me back for all the money the bank charged me.
Gave blood two months ago and Basani Baloyi keeps dropping my call for the movie tickets they promised to give us. I gave blood again on Friday and I am still waiting. I am so shocked at the service I am getting.
I donated blood a week ago, I was told I would get movie tickets via a link the next day. To date I have no received anything. I feel ****med . I CALLED 0800 119 031 , They advised me to call A Lady by the name of Rochelle on 012391569. That number just rings the whole day. I am so disappointed and completely embarrassed to be ****med by such a well known organization. This is not going to happen on my Name. These came came to my work place and no one that I know has gotten any link from these ****mers. Be careful South Africa!

False advertising on a hundred. I love savannah so much but I’m disappointed. I don’t know what’s it going to take for me to go back to loving it like I did. The chili savannah was a waste of money I should have bought the original. Guys remove that advert actually because you lying !
I went for a Covid test and I was assisted by a nurse called Masingita Nkotswi. I’ve never dealt with such a cold hearted person before. This lady was rude from the minute I told her my GP said I should come to the clinic for a Covid test because my hospital plan does not cover Covid tests. She told me how government clinics don’t do tests for people that are from private Dr’s. I further more explained that I was advised not to go to the office until I’m sure my results are negative. She was so irritated with me she made me sit and wait as though there was a que then she told me to face up and lower my mask. Mind you, these test are done in the public eye where there is no privacy at all. I’ve never felt so ashamed in my life. When she was done with the test she went on to tell me that I must call the clinic the next day and ask for my results because they might not send the SMS. I called for my results yesterday and the clinic told me to call today. Before I could even call the same lady calls to tell me that they cannot get my results due to the lab not receiving my test. She then advises me I’m meant to come back to re test or get a note for work that confirms that I went for a test. I’m really disappointed in how nurses at government clinics get to treat people. I am more than sure that everyone has a right to basic health care and be treated with respect.
