Sanbs donating point at Emeris PTA. 18-03-2026
Daleen du Plessis donar attendant was so rude when asked a question of where to register for new donar then proceeding to give nasty stares. Sanbs Brooklyn please do better

Incorrect Information Given
I was at Knowles Shopping Centre on Friday 2 January and they were about to close but told me that they would be there today from 9am to 3pm. I planned my day around going to donate only to find that they are not there today. Extremely frustrating. I called the SANBS call centre and was told that they're not booked there today.

Disappointing service.
Very disappointed with the service received today. No wonder there is a blood shortage. Please make sure the workers capture your details correctly. I was turned away for a second time after being told I should come back in November. Just do better guys. And change the attitude as well. This is not the type of service that requires you to pull your face and be non engaging.
