Total mess up with domestic and international bookings. Standing at OR Tambo - no wheelchair in sight. Totally inappropriate seat booked to Heathrow. This is for my 75 year old aunt. Disgusted
I'm sitting at King Shaka airport waiting to go back to Johannesburg. My flight should have left at 19:20 already but is now only leaving at 21:06. Almost 2 hours late!!! I could have spent that time with my fiancé - we only see each other 4 times a year as it is. I am extremely annoyed. Surely to goodness the airline knew a while ago that there was going to be a delay and could have informed us. Apart from an sms apologizing that there is going to be a "short delay" in boarding, I received no amended boarding pass and only heard about this huge delay from a fellow traveler who had been on the app to check the flight status. Very poor communication indeed from "the most on time airline" in South Africa!
I was at Knowles Shopping Centre on Friday 2 January and they were about to close but told me that they would be there today from 9am to 3pm. I planned my day around going to donate only to find that they are not there today. Extremely frustrating. I called the SANBS call centre and was told that they're not booked there today.
Tomorrow will be two weeks since I placed an order for a grass slasher. Numerous calls, promises and an offer to refund my purchase price with an additional R50 for my next order (which I declined as I would like my purchase AND I never intend to purchase anything online from Pick n Pay EVER again) and I have STILL not received my order OR had a call from the homeware department as promised. I expected more from Pick n Pay but they're obviously just not interested in customer service.
Most useless service ever. Ordered other app, went to track my order which has disappeared although I have an email with a reference number. Called the helpline (from my cell phone) was cut off. Called again and was told I was at the wrong department and would be transferred. Held for ages and was AGAIN cut off. NO customer service whatsoever and what has happened to my order placed and paid for on Wednesday 12 November???
I am always super impressed by their service and rave about them to everyone! Today was no exception. Thank you SO much One Plan!
I was fortunate enough to choose a Hisense television set after mine gave up the ghost. I am so impressed with the picture and sound quality and the remote is absolutely amazing - everything accessible at the touch of a button. I will not hesitate to choose Hisense when I need another television - hopefully not for a long time to come.
I have been waiting for over half an hour at Vodacom Newmarket in Alberton to do a Sim swap. There are at least six staff members in the store at the moment but, I am told, only two who can assist with a Sim swap. The rest of the staff are basically standing around doing nothing but, I am told, they do not have log in access to do Sim swaps. How pathetic is that!
I merely need to do a sim swap and I have been given a number and have been waiting for more than 20 minutes. Meanwhile, there are staff sitting doing nothing, one whose sole job appears to be to greet customers and give them a number. Absolutely terrible system and awful "service"!!! Mismanagement at its best.
I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. We had a faulty geyser valve that was replaced in no time at all. Thabang called back to find out if I'd been assisted. He was very friendly and it was great to receive a call back. Thank you so much Thabang.
