For some reason, the network just decided to stop working and having Telkom as a network provider has been nothing but stress over the past two. We haven’t been using the internet for the past two weeks. The most frustrating part is getting someone from Telkom who can actually fix the problem. Not only did I have to wait on a long queue to get help, when I do eventually speak to someone, they try and do a remote diagnosis to “fix” the router. I have been through this tedious process about four times now and not once did this work. I was eventually fed up and requested they send someone to fix it ( at a cost of R300). This was last week Thursday. To this day, I haven’t received a single update on when this person will come. I do not know what to do anymore. Honestly, all I want is internet connection. Buying data in South Africa is very expensive.
