I got to know Fresh Vision Optometrist via my workplace during wellness,felt inconvenient to do eye testing with them,that let to them prescibing spectacles in May 2024 Received my spectacles on the 3 June 2024 by 29 July 2024 the frame cracking..made them aware, they ordered me to send back the frame I send back the frame on the 7 August 2024 via urber with the option of transferring the glasses into my old frame was told that my frame is smaller and the glasses might be broken during the process ended up agreeing to use their own frame again even though I was not happy with the quality On the 2 September 2024 I received the spectacles but on the 14 October 2024 the frame broke again same as the previous one informed them again..was told they are going to inform their supplier will call me back. Waited for the call until I called them back on the 12 November 2024 regarding the outcome with the supplier and was promised that the driver will be send to collect the glasses that I was no longer using as the glasses were falling off..tried sellotape to secure but didn't work Got a message on the 27 November 2024 that a driver will be send to fetch the glasses until I went to their offices on the 9January 2024 Found their receptinist who offered another set of glasses or refund and I opted for refund as I was no longer trusting the quality of their frames neither their service. he confirmed that I will be refunded in 3 to 4 working days On the 16 January 2025 received a text offering me higher rated frame but I declined Send them a text on 18 January 2025 and 23 January 2025 asking about the refund..no one responded till today I paid R6558 for those spectacles..feel ********** Tebogo Mawela
