We bought 2 fast track cable car tickets for Tafelberg cablecars through Viator. We received our tickets at 1am the morning of our booking at 10am. When requesting more information we were told "you should have already been there". This was 7:58!am. We went to the cablecars through the fast track gate only to be told the tickets bought at R1000 each (which is the price for a fast track ticket) was not fast track tickets so we need to go either wait in the 3hour queue or upgrade the tickets to fast track at the offices on site. We got to the office only to be told they cannot upgrade the one ticket since it was scanned. We upgraded the one ticket at a cost of R650 extra to the R1000paid for it and had to buy another new ticket at the R1000 fast track price. In essence, a R2000 experience ended up costing us R4750. Do NOT BOOK through this platform. Communication is poor!
We have sold 2 vehicles simultaneously via Weelee to Waleed Hardien on Thursday, 29 August 2024. On his way back he got two fines on one of the vehicles (29th August R600 and 2 September R1 500). I have contacted him numerous times which promise after promise that he will settle the fines, to no avail. I have contacted Weelee twice about this - they mentioned it will be escalated, no feedback since. I need this sorted out please.
We sold our Hilux and the tracker unit had to be removed and reinstalled into the new vehicle we bought. We phoned Netstar to arrange this on 31.12.2020 2 weeks later still nothing. We phoned them and they did not remove the unit from the Hilux yet and asked us if we could locate where the Hilux is in order for them to remove the unit (so much for a "tracking company"). We did this. Phoned them twice with the address where they must go to remove the unit. End January debit order went off for the removal AND installation of the unit which was neither removed or re-installed In the meantime we phoned them numerous times which then telephone lines just go dead/they put the phone down. It is 05 April 2021 and we have paid 4 installments for the use of the unit and the removal and re-installation and we still have NO UNIT to this day!!! Absolutely useless!
