If it is a norm to battle for 2 weeks to get up to order stage in the process for a simple 11x6.5m roof cover then I doubt it is worth continuing with Clotan Steel
I have dealings with a number of renting agents. NatRent is the BEST and give value for money, involved from start to finish, professional and organized ways. NatNent set proper standards which I am looking for in ALL my dealings from viewing right through to the last bit deposit paid out. They are transparent and accommodating (more than I can say from a lot of small and large agents). I understand why tenants are unhappy with NatRent. NatRent keeps proper and excellent records of the condition of units. Yes, I know it is annoying for any tenant to "smeer-aan" any paint and expect that NatRent and/or the Landlord MUST accept any rubbish. NatRent is absolutely fair and professional. Thank you NatRent for ALL your good work. Just keep going!
I cannot complain about service BECAUSE there is NO service. Today, 2021/04/15. A COC was issued during the Lockdown and the Electrical Contractor claim that the COC is valid and nothing wrong with the installations. He claim to be a MIE. I had to get the DOL appointed AIA involved due to the arrogance and refusal of the electrical contractor to come to the party. As per the DOL AIA: This AIA was instructed to investigate a certificate of compliance issued by you, Hlox Electrical, at the above premises. It has been determined by this AIA that your COC is not valid and we have attached herewith documentation which is self-explanatory As proof, the Electrical installation including the Units, do NOT comply to SANS 10142-1. The contractor is not a member of the ECB (in Gauteng) and do not rectify the errors even with the supplied list of Clauses that I sent to him and demanded that the errors need to be corrected, but with no cooperation from him since 2021/02/12. It seems that my only available recourse is legal action. Back ground: - There are 3 domestic units on the premises in Weltevredenpark, Roodepoort. - The House was a standalone single residential dwelling. - Building contractor “Maseko” contracted the Electrical Contractor, Hlox Electrical, to action the electrical work as part of Maseko’s scope. The new configuration (reticulation) consist of: - COJ supply to “Main DB” (accommodating “Common area” supply and include 3(three) power Meters for the residential Units - Unit 1 (called “Sub-DB U1” new supplied), Unit 2 (called “Sub-DB U2” Modification and alterations) o In both units, alterations and modification to existing installation was constructed/implemented. o New installation with new DB Supplied, now called “Sub-DB U3Unit 3 was previously known as “Garage”, basically reconstructed 90%.
I cannot think of better people to get your phone analysed and repair to it initial status and functionality. They are functional, go out of their way to get it right, just in short they are SUPERIOR. If you believe me or not, take your device to them and you'll see.
