Hi we have bought a 6-litre fryer which was not the right size when we received the air fryer it was a 3.8 l and stead of a 6 l .we had numerous issues with the call centre and we spoke with a guy at head office that promised me the moon and the stars we returned the product 3 times and go sent back the same wrong product when i try call them now and ask for someone to call me nobody does
I have booked 2 flights from jhb to dbn for me and my wife for my father's funaral from 3 Dec to 5 Dec when we got the confirmation email we saw the dates wher wrong when we try call you are in the queue at position nr 1 for like 45 min and no one answers thay don't call you back and thay charge me for there mistake R1200 money we don't have fly saf air does not want to rectify there mistake
I have worked for this so called company for about 6 months in this time it was understanding how these people can still be open. Thay don't look after their staff treat them like dogs thay don't look after their cars firearms get left in the cars unattended and the brach manager mitch speaks to people like we are his slaves. We get forced to work 264 hours to earn a basic salary and when I started asking about our hours I was put on suspension illegally and not payed at all for my month I have worked
