I won a competition in 2019 that was valid for year. A year passed and SA was on lockdown. I couldnt travel because of the pandemic. I kept make reservations but kept failing to go on holiday. Tenille Kirkman was the one assisting me with bookings. A very kind and helpful person. Id like to thank her for the incredible service she gave me. At the end of everything I asked for my refund in April 2021 because the extention that they have given me had expired. She promised I will get my refund the following week. She indeed delivered. Toucan Travel is not a scam.
