Hello Peter, i receive a deceiving call from the above company who claim they would help me negotiate the rate of my account and the working with NCR yet on the other hand they were listing under debt review. they have *****ulently conduct transaction in my account. only to find out 2 days later i am listed under debt review. they have eventually cancelled the debit but they seem to be delaying to issue a court order that will help me clear my name as i am able to pay for my debt. this happened in November till to date i am struggling to get hold of them, they are sending me from pillar to post regarding the matter. i need to be exposed and be black listed not to trade as they are going around messing peoples credit profiles.
Hello Peter, I reside by Msunduzi Municipality. We are experiencing challenges in getting through the customer helpline Centre. We have Power outage not as per loadshedding schedule but we have out of electricity since yesterday at 17:00 till now not yet restored. No customer feedback. This is no the first time we experiencing poor customer service with the municipality. Sometimes even if you go to their offices but it matters not. This is a concern to us as a community of Scottsville, Hayfields based in pietermaritzburg KZN
I was once a member for planet fitness which later on I canceled due to the challenges that were experienced by my partner unable to access the fitness Centre in my absence. He join for himself, they then debit from his account. I then experienced challenges of debit order from my account which was not authorized and when I enquire with them they gave me a run around and they end up closing the matter without resolving the query logged. Till to date I have not recieved any response from them neither reimbur*****t as per their promise. The ref number for my case is as follows: PF2426846
