I bought a Blue Nova BN13V 108 1.4K battery with BT in March 2022 from a reputable supplier. I had problems with this battery and it was send in for testing and analysis where it was found that the battery was faulty. Due to the effect that my model battery was discontinued, My battery can not be replaced with a new battery. Instead I was offered a credit of R220.57. My purchase amount was +- R9000.00 and this is what they are willing to offer for a battery still under warrantee. A three year warrantee period has not even expired. This is a significant monetary loss and for something that is proclaimed will last ten years. NOT!!!! The use of my battery was only to power my 12V fridge. I would have thought the amicable outcome seeing my model battery being the BT is discontinued, the offer should have been the same battery but without the BT which is not discontinued and that would have been excepted by me as I am very understanding and are always willing to compromise, but no offer has even been made. This is terrible and I will not recommend anyone in the market for any battery to purchase a Blue Nova product. When it worked it worked well. I could even understand that it go faulty. That happens, nothing is perfect, but the response and the willingness to accommodate the issue by Blue Nova is disgraceful and leaves me with a huge loss now having to buy a new battery and this is for something I would have thought will last at least half of it's predicted lifespan not the less of a third that mine has done. BLUE NOVA I URGE YOU TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND REPLACE MY BATTERY WITH A NEW UNIT. It does not have to be the BT type. Ticket #28252
I bought an item from Animal Gear as per their advertised item. I paid for it. I received an email with the confirmation on receiving my order and that it is being processed. Only to receive a call from someone by the name of Scheneve Parkin that the item that I have ordered is not in stock and that it could take months before new stock is expected. Needless to say I canceled my order and requested a refund. I received an email from Scheneve Parkin requesting my banking details from the account I used to do the online purchase so that the refund can be done. This was the last communication I received. No refund, no email response and no calls. I tried phoning them with the numbers that is supp**** only to get an automated voice prompt and then it rings and then the line gets dropped. This happens every time. Non of my emails gets responded to. My experience with this online company is nothing short of dismal and I think I have been ****med based on all the negative reviews I have read with all the same complaints and experience.
I will never make use of this online business again. My order was processed, payment requested which was completed even as much as a notification that my order was received. The problem is that my order was not fulfilled. Only upon enquiry was I informed that there was no stock available. Why was this up to me to enquire because If you had no stock this should have been marked as "out of stock" on the website instead of excepting payment for something you knew was not in stock. Then you promised to do a refund. This you also did not do and on numerous follow-up's I still have not received any refund. Only reply on I presume is an automated response is that "your request has been received". DON'T WORRY ABOUT MY REQUEST JUST REFUND MY DAMN MONEY!!!!
This is by far the worst online business (Pc Link Computers) that I have ever ordered from. Items listed but when an enquiry is lodged as to why the item has not been received within the timespan indicated, I am informed that there is no stock available and that a refund will be arranged. Firstly why except an order if there is no availability of stock and neither marked the item on the website as "out of stock" but instead except the payment and not informing the customer of the stock issue. So the current issue is no stock therefore no item supplied and no refund either even though I was informed that I will receive a refund. I wish I had read all the reviews on hellopeter before I have placed my order because I surely would not have ordered and paid for the item as listed. Seeing all the bad reviews, I am wondering if this is not a form of money extortion from an unaware customer. Surely this is commercial theft/fraud and should be explored by the authorities.
