I am lodging a formal dispute regarding Uber Eats order #35CDA from Game, Johannesburg City (dated 16 Feb 2026). The driver, Tanaka (Vehicle: LY 33 BN GP), arrived at the incorrect street (Falcon Street) instead of the designated Bunting Road gate for Ndlovukazi Ladies Residence. These locations are separated by a campus perimeter fence, making physical access impossible. Furthermore, the driver attempted to deliver a grocery order instead of the stationery I ordered. Although the driver acknowledged the error, he falsely marked the order as 'Delivered' to collect the R154.97 fee. Uber Support has repeatedly refused a refund, citing that the driver 'waited for 8 minutes.' I contest this as the driver 'waited' at an inaccessible, incorrect location with the wrong items. This constitutes a breach of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) for service not rendered. I require a full refund of R154.97 immediately.
