Shout out To Bakers Bin Lynnwood, for proving a point of receiving the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I am not normally one to post about things like this but what I have experience is beyond shocking. A simple misunderstanding and a lack of communicating correctly, I have been victimised and disrespected. I had simply stated that the service at bakers bin Lynnwood sucks, generally you as a staff member will wonder why I am stating this, I have on most of my trips to you experience unfriendly staff and staff that is so rude to customers. The owners’ brother was there trying to assist, and I thank him for that and a simple explanation from the staff would have been fine but when I am in a store, doing my normal top up of goodies that I need, being refused to be helped is something that should not being taken lightly. This is also money you are turning away. I was in the store before they closed and left after they closed without any of the items I needed, due to staff refusing to help me. There was one staff member saying I need to apologies to the one staff member after they raised their voice at me and disrespected me beyond anything I can explain. I am not saying I am innocent and maybe staying there till I received help was not a good idea and just a simple waste of my time. No human deserves to be treated the way the staff or should I say the click of lady staff treated me! I am beyond shocked and Bakers bin Lynnwood, can be guaranteed they will never receive another cent from my business! Staff is rude unfriendly and maybe they need to get training on customer service and just how to be a nice human. I don’t wish ill on the business but you will not see another cent from me and I will talk about my experience.
I am absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service I have received from the decofurn silverlakes branch. At first I thought the sales lacked training on customer service but I have realized that the manager himself cannot follow the simple rules of how to get back to their customers. I have been waiting 1 whole month for a follow up call, that was promised would be done the following day after a item of my order was sold after waiting 1 month for it. Imagine my absolute horror when I have been waiting 2 months for 1 piece of 4 items I had ordered and paid for. I generally don't post things like this online but I am highly unsatisfied with the level of service that I have received and at the point where I will not recommend anyone to the silverlakes branch. If you want poor service and a company that could not care about customer satisfaction and only about the sales, then be my guest and enjoy an unpleasant shopping spree at your local decofurn. I wonder how quick they will assist when I step foot into their store with a very unfriendly energy to match my absolute disappointment for a store that hold so much potential. Maybe a change in management or atleast a change of attitude is needed in the branch.
