My Mother passed away on15 May 2021. Liberty still has not paid out on 5 life policies (more than 2 years - the broker promised instant payment to her children and grandchildren) and does not respond to correspondence from the beneficiaries. We have even contacted Liberty Claim support, and recently the ombudsman, but alas no response so far. We supp**** all the information requested in a timely manner. This is an absolute disgrace
What a luxurious stay - large bedroom with well appointed luxury bathroom. Located in a quiet residential suburb, the location is particularly good for exploring all of Cape Town's attractions. Our host, Michelle was really very helpful and took good care of us. A perfect balance between professional service and personal care. The breakfast was awesome and the surroundings were very peaceful. Would highly recommend.
Assisted Home Nursing KZN is a disgraceful company. They have fancy brochures and website, but do not care about their patients. Money is all the owner, Samantha Botha is interested in. I signed an agreement with Samantha - She was pleasant and all smiles when she first came to visit. She promised the earth.That's where it ended. The carers in her employ were never supervised, paid on time and always had deductions for snakeoil medications she made them buy as a condition of employment. She blatantly lied about visits, access to patients due to covid etc. Her only defence was to accuse everyone else for her failures. I don't believe she is capable of telling the truth. As of mid April, she has still not paid the carers, who she fired, their January salary - a despicable act against helpless working people. If you Love your relative, hire someone else, this company is completely unscrupulous and LIES. This company should be shut down.
