Returned item at Boksburg branch still waiting refund from 30 Jan 2026. Every week different excuses and empty promises or the lady is absent.
I cancelled my FLTE contract on 1st Feb 2023 and another installment was deducted today after it was confirmed in a mail that my contract was cancelled. What should one do to get customer service as the contact number for me@You mobile are also not answered.

Reception was good but lost reception lately and cancelled contract now download speed is very slow but I still paid for October
I am experiencing no service from this company took 10 days to get my FLTE up and running and for 5 days down again reported it via sms on the web phoned the call centre number and they confirmed I will get a call from a technician if I had to pay for 24 months for this type of service I wouldnt consider to go with me and you mobile
