Placed an order on 17 Sep, no response back. They have taken my money and have not produced the goods. It's been 17 days. They said the delivery to my home address would be 5 days; nothing and no reply.
Please do not waste your time with this product. Firstly, it is completely deceiving and states it fits all sizes. It is completely plastic. Therefore, you might as well go to the Crazy Store and buy plastic teeth for R50.00 than R799.00. I am seeking a refund and am dealing with Taryn. She seems to be stalling the refund process, asking me for photographs etc. I hope they live by the refund policies on their website. Also, its made in China. The name of it is called snap on smile.
It's the 27 January 2025. And I still have not heard from Juiceheaven. They still owe me a refund of R6550.00. Please stay away from this company. Do not order anything from this company. Check for an address on the website. call the number on the website. all dodge.
Excellent product, great specials! Service also outstanding! Check out their special deals!
Here is my review of JuiceHeaven.co.za. Be very careful of this company. On 14 November I EFT this company R6 400 for two packs of 30 "pens" of BodyPharm products which was clearly on their website. I paid as per the confirmation that Bryce sent me. They promised delivery within 24 hours, but that never happened. As you will see it says on the website, if you place an order before noon you will get it the next day. After 3 days, of back and forth with Bryce, I finally got a package from the courier, but it was incorrect, it was steroids. I photographed the package and waybill and sent them back to the courier service. Who informed me that he sent it back to the sender. I then emailed Bryce and asked him where my medication was. He said that they successfully delivered it to me. I sent him all the information and confirmed with Gershwin, that they did not give me anything. Waited another two days. By this time I have forked out R6440.00. I said I would contact Wendy Knowler and report him. He laughed and said to me "You are buying ******* products, see how far you get with that" I have that in writing by Bryce. I did contact Wendy Knowler, South African Consumer Jounarlist, who did research on the company and found out in fact that the products on the website were *******. Here is what she discovered. Earlier this month, the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) warned about the health risks posed by "the proliferation of falsified, compounded and substandard GLP-1-containing products" being flogged on websites, social media platforms "and other informal channels". So here's what's legal - and not - in South Africa: *Ozempic is registered in SA - in pens in doses of 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg/dose pen and 1 mg – for the treatment of adults with type 2 diabetes as well as for the treatment of adults with insufficiently controlled type 2 diabetes – in addition to diet and exercise. You can get it from Clicks or Dischem with a prescription. It is also registered for use to reduce the risk of heart attack stroke, or death in adults with type 2 diabetes with known heart disease. Here's the thing: Ozempic is not registered in South Africa for weight management. *Mounjaro is also registered – as a single dose pre-filled pen containing either 2.5 mg; 5 mg; 7.5 mg; 10 mg; 12.5 mg or 15 mg in 0.5 ml solution for injection – for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. According to SAHPRA, it has not yet been imported into South Africa via Eli Lilly's distribution channels. And like Ozempic, Mounjaro is currently not registered in South Africa for weight management. Other medications containing GLP 1 agonists – that mimic the action of GLP 1s – pose a public health and safety risk because they are not evaluated and therefore they may be sub-standard, SAHPRA said. They are therefore ******* in terms of the Medicines and Related Substances Act. So "Bryce" was right about that. Pity the Juice Heaven website didn't disclose that to would-be buyers. "In terms of Section 29 of the Medicines and Related Substances Act, a person who commits an offence shall be held ********ly liable, and applicable penalties shall be enforced," SAHPRA said. But the Juice Heaven website contains no physical address or phone number – only an email address. That's also *******, in terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Among the websites which SAHPRA has found in the past year to be claiming to be online pharmacies and selling medicines *******ly, "including falsified and unauthorised versions of semaglutide and/or tirzepetide" are: • juiceheads.co.za • anabolicsza.com • sallyslimming.co.za • slimnburn.co.za "The above list is not exhaustive," SAHPRA said, "and the public is urged to report any other websites or retail outlets selling these falsified and unauthorised products." I've reported Juice Heaven to SAHPRA – its name is remarkably similar to juiceheads. Consumer advocate Dr Harris Steinman, who has a long history of challenging the claims of dubious weight loss products, said that it was clear that juiceheaven.co.za was claiming to sell products that were prescription-only or even prohibited. I have not received any refund. They have my money. I have asked Bryce to process a refund since the 20 Nov and have not received anything. Its the 2nd December. He claims he has refunded me. He hasn't. If this company was honest, reliable, and had nothing to hide, they would have an address or telephone number on their site. They have neither. I have submitted this to the Consumer Council and have sought legal advise. I feel selling ******* drugs online is something but then not refunding my money is the cherry on the cake.
I placed an order, but the wrong order arrived. I sent it back with the courier. Bryce accepted that the order was incorrect and said he would refund me my money. That was on the 22 November. I spent R6990.00 with them. I have not received anything. Not a refund and Bryce is also ignoring my order. The medication he is selling is *******, he confirmed this via email. I have taken this to the Media. Do not use this company.
I did not receive my ******* drugs and have not received an apology or a refund. When I receive my refund of R6500.00 I will be happy to remove my review. Until then, be very careful, I ordered on the 14th of Nov. Its now the 22 Nov and still have not received my refund.
****mers do not pay a single cent to them. I ordered spent a lot of money and am still waiting for my order. Please do not trust the reviews either.
I find it very difficult to even give them one star! I have been a fan of SADomain for decades, they were amazing and really good on communication and helped me out so attentively before on more than 100 times. Even though they were more expensive than Afrihost, I always knew I was supporting a smaller business with people that really cared. Until this year. I have no idea what went wrong, but my website crashed 3 times and my email address stopped working. The worst for me was the communication. I was dealing with Watson via whatsapp, I wish I could show you how he spoke to me, sent numerous urgent tickets to inform them and no response, then the big email went out that they had issues and sincerely apologized about this. Things happen, I am very understanding and have empathy, but still my email address didn't work, I finally got hold of a human, named Neil, after a horrific conversation he pretty much told me to go to Afrihost. Which is what I am going to do. I am very sorry Andrew, I have tried to reach out to you a number of times, to talk about this, yet you have been ignoring my pleas. Very disappointing and I am shocked that you have people like Neil running your business down like that. My biggest fear is that through the transition of moving they will purposely do something to my site and I will lose all my data. I am horrified by the way they have dealt with this and am truly shocked that the customer service has resulted in this.
