I long for the old days where you could make an appointment and go see your bank manager for a loan. He/she would ask his assistant to go get your file and would ask what is it's for... Understand what a medical emergency means, and give you an answer immediately. Now the same process disappears ro someone hiding behind a toll free number doing who knows what... surely not working on helping me that is for sure... It is now day 6... I understand there is a place for online applications and people's time is precious for the most part but if it excludes some categories or requests... it is simply not working. Maybe someone should start a rating service website which can set rules on how business is conducted.

No connection,No web, no emails for days- NO REPLY TO EMAILS, TICKET LOGS OR TELEPHONE CALLS, WhatsApp messages no response AMAZING!! ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS? WITH THEIR NON-EXISTENT SERVICE THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE!!! Then at the end of the month Iโm expecting to pay in full,, this is nonsense

SA Domain seems to have a lot of bad reviews but I have had a VERY pleasant experience with them so far. Particularly Niel Kotse (Support) who assisted me over the phone and on WhatsApp well past working hours. Very affordable and great service.

Good day SA Domain Please Be made aware that the domain still reflects your name while We made a transfer; Maybe you trying to trap me to still pay you annual renewal fee' .... change that to the currently Server name(registrar) we are hosting on. You know which registrar it is. And you guys never gave us the best services' I do not know what do u guys want to achieve at the end of the day' Now my Web Is Offline' You guys cannot be happy for just that' I requested an invoice so that i pay for Renewal and no body is responding' You are not even picking up our calls We cannot do business like this' I am not Happy about how you have been treating us Daniel *****ya {Director} Rebirth Management Group

I find it very difficult to even give them one star! I have been a fan of SADomain for decades, they were amazing and really good on communication and helped me out so attentively before on more than 100 times. Even though they were more expensive than Afrihost, I always knew I was supporting a smaller business with people that really cared. Until this year. I have no idea what went wrong, but my website crashed 3 times and my email address stopped working. The worst for me was the communication. I was dealing with Watson via whatsapp, I wish I could show you how he spoke to me, sent numerous urgent tickets to inform them and no response, then the big email went out that they had issues and sincerely apologized about this. Things happen, I am very understanding and have empathy, but still my email address didn't work, I finally got hold of a human, named Neil, after a horrific conversation he pretty much told me to go to Afrihost. Which is what I am going to do. I am very sorry Andrew, I have tried to reach out to you a number of times, to talk about this, yet you have been ignoring my pleas. Very disappointing and I am shocked that you have people like Neil running your business down like that. My biggest fear is that through the transition of moving they will purposely do something to my site and I will lose all my data. I am horrified by the way they have dealt with this and am truly shocked that the customer service has resulted in this.
