In 2023 post office submitted information to SARS in my returns that I have received investment payout of R23000.00. Now SARS are charging me penalties. I called SARS and advised I know nothing about an investment account and I don't own a post account they told me to call post office. I called post office and they advised I don't not have an active account, I asked why did they send information to SARS stating I have an investment account. I was advised to send an email to statements@postbank.co za and request tax certificate. I send the email requested the tax certificate so I can take it to SARS to show I don't have an account, the consultant responded with one line stating I don't have an account and they cannot send the tax certificate. I took that email went to SARS and SARS did not take the email as evidence. They said post office must remove the information they submitted it to SARS on the database SARS know nothing about my account post office is the third party that provided the information. I resend an email to post office till date I did not receive a respond. I don't have an account why false information was given to SARS. This is a very poor service and for post office to send false information it shows incompetence at its best. I need this sort and if you have an account with them cancel it before it is too late.

Horrible since I was booked for installation even now the service bad to worse 😞.Car track debited me twice. The other payment is even a different account. I call my bank to reverse it but they advised it's impossible as it mandatory. I call them they advised I should send a WhatsApp which I did on Monday. They responded today saying if the query is not sorted I should call them. My issue is not sorted they are sending me from pillar to post. My name is Gugulethu Maseko I need this sorted.

I took out a phone policy with them for my screen. It was R30.00. I cancelled the policy early this year. I sent serval email yet I was deducted Now I received an email from them. Advised I confirmed cancellation of my tracker unit. I spoke to Keletso Matabane. I haven't spoken to anyone today from Mixtelematic. My Question is How can I cancel something I did not signed form with you. My tracker came as a package with my vehicle so I can I cancel it. I have requested the recording where I cancel. My Policy 400534518, I have amended my policy 3 times but never received any policy schedule. I waa at clientele office last week, assisted by a consultant who never told me his name even after I asked him. He promised to forward me the documents before COB, till date nothing is received. I have never missed payment ever but the treatment received is a poor customer service ever. Please advise when will I get my documents or do I have to die first before everything is received. I would like a response by tomorrow.
I had two policies with Metropolitan a funeral cover and an investment however I had to dispute the funeral cover almost a year ago and remain with the investment. End of December 2020 and January 2021 Metropolitan debited for the funeral cover and ignored the investment I called them and left voice messages for them to get back to me but they didn't.Today I called and left voice messages and even dropped them an email but still no response. YES my investment is just a mere R270 but it matters to me and I'm afraid that it will be affected. This is a pathetic, poor and terrible service I'm receiving from Metropolitan. From the first complain. I made the call in September a month before not August. Hope you will trace my call and this get sorted out soon because I do not want anything to do with Cell C anymore
