Im extremely disappointed with the quality of service i received. I ordered a sliding door, paid order online thereafter I was informed that they do not deliver fragile items outside Gauteng. I requested a refund as i do not have transport from CPT. Agent said that they'll process refund, i followed up the next day and was told that the request was sent to finance team, they havent done refund yet. Thursday i did another follow up and again "your refund request was sent to our finance team for processing". i doubt that any follow up was made to the finance team. I need the refund urgently as i need to order from another supplier and while im having to wait the building is on pause
OnAir service is completely pathetic. My contract ended in Aug but they continued to deduct money from my account in Sep and Oct. i contacted them but they keep telling me that i did not pay certain months. I provided them with the bank statements but yet they have not refunded my money. There was also more than one debit order for the month for about thrice during this 24 month contract. Im not sure if they poorly trained but the cannot do a simple recon or comprehend a bank statement. Would certainly NOT recommend them to anyone.
I absolutely cant thank Kaashifa enough. She's been be patient and very sincere. Not having my phone was frustrating but the end result was worth it. She answered all of my 1000 questions quickly and with ease. Will definitely be recommending people to Pineapple :-)
