No Contact/Update on Order placed.
Placed an order on 11/11/2023. It is now the 24th. The only contact I have had from them is the confirmation mail saying my order has been placed. I have tried to get an update through their website, over mail to both hello and sales email addresses and through their contact number. But no answers. I have no update and can get no update. No one is contactable. This is the worst possible way to run a business. Think twice before purchasing here.

Packages Arrived in Country for 4 Months, No Update.
I have ordered 3 packages, Ordered on 28th December 2020, 11 January 2021, and 26 January 2021. Only the package ordered on the 26th of January has cleared customs. The other two are stuck in "Arrived in Country". I have stopped receiving or seeing updates on the packages on 20th of January 2021. It is now the 16th of April 2021 and still nothing. When can I expect an update or delivery of my items?
