I cancelled my account in person at the Randburg branch inside Innovation house June 2024 and somehow still being debited each month with a higher balance. My contract ended in May 2024 and I’ve never missed a payment throughout the duration of my contract. Can this please be correct with urgency and confirmation letter of cancellation be send to me.
Can you guys please stop contacting and do not need your services, your number has already been blocked on my phone for over 4 month and I told 6 consultants last year already that I do not require your services. Your miss calls is affects me majorly at work and home as the notifications pops up during meetings and messes with my sleep in the morning. I appreciate you guys trying but I am fine thank you.
