In 2023, I took out a one‑year contract with Zenzele Fitness at my workplace. That contract has since lapsed, and Inside Active took over the facilities thereafter. Despite this, they continued to bill me after the contract had ended. I called to explain that my agreement was with the previous company, not with Inside Active, and that my one‑year contract had expired. I was told the issue would be resolved. Instead, my details were handed over to Vericredit debt collectors, which now puts my credit score at risk all because I joined a gym at work.

I cancelled my account in person at the Randburg branch inside Innovation house June 2024 and somehow still being debited each month with a higher balance. My contract ended in May 2024 and I’ve never missed a payment throughout the duration of my contract. Can this please be correct with urgency and confirmation letter of cancellation be send to me.

I have asked on multiple occasions for the debit order to be removed. I have requested months ago for my contact to be canceled. I have received confirmation that it has been canceled with a one month waiting period. Unauthorized deductions are still being made to my account. I have sent multiple emails but my emails are being ignored.

I have had no interaction or experience with this company, ever. However, my account is being debited every month since beginning this year & I'm sick of it. This month the debit amounted to R400 therefore I had to contact them directly for a reversal as my bank couldn't do it. You had better do something about this, i can't afford to loose money during this lockdown period as it's no work no pay & every cent counts. I'm very upset with Inside Active.

Good day, I had the most disgusting fight over a water bottle today. InsideActive has opened a corporate gym at my workplace African Bank over a month ago. We were told that the first 100 who sign up would receive a bottle. I was one of those. I did not get a bottle and have been waiting ever since. Today there is a wellness day at my workplace and guess what there are water bottles. When I wanted to take one an employee named Stephen chased me away like a dog and told me they are for new sign ups. The gym manager eventually sorted it out but the experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. If InsideActive teaches their staff to respect their customers I would not have had this unpleasant experience of being victimised by this Stephen guy who has a terrible attitude and treated me as if I was his gardener and not an African Bank employee. He did not bother to check the merits of my story but called me a "rude animal" and said I won't get a botte. Several of my colleagues have also complained of his attitude. Recruitment is clearly not important to InsideActive.
