*****ulent activities on my account debit orders i never agreed to pay on i want my money back... Julian Fairland manager didn't want to cancel my membership since January called in the receptionist still didn't let me know that I must send my email for cancelation i am demanding my money back as soon as possible.

i have been waiting for my refund since Monday your agents are rude and incompetent they are busy giving me wrong information and the turn around time i have submitted bank statements till now i haven't received any feedback ref 299571301 this contract has expired but i was told that its expiring next year which was a lie can i get my money back please
