Efficient & Friendly service!
Fast, efficient & friendly service. I ordered my husband's ring from this business & my experience was very smooth. The ring is quality, gorgeously crafted. I am thoroughly happy with my experience & will definitely be ordering silicone rings for both my husband & I. Highly recommend that you purchase from Orbit Rings.

Claims process from hell!
Old Mutual claims process is the worst. None of the platforms provided are useful at all. I made the initial claim on date 08/04/2023, sent documents on 13/04/2023, sent a follow up email the next day. Called in on 17/04/2023 & was advised to AGAIN send documents, which I did on the same day. I called for a follow up again today & was advised an escalation was done. This is the same company that says they pay claims within 48 hours? In all the documents I sent I did not receive any acknowledgement email or call, nothing. This is frustrating me so much, nobody wants to lose a loved one & still go through such a ********** claims process that is not user friendly and has no interaction whatsoever from the service provider. I do not recommend this service provider for any of your insurance needs.

I had an amazing experience today with a consultant from PMD Thembile Ntsale. He was patient & answered all my questions, I saved R600 on my insurance today & I'm over the moon! Thanks for the great service & fantastic customer experience.

Bring back my money!
I have had no interaction or experience with this company, ever. However, my account is being debited every month since beginning this year & I'm sick of it. This month the debit amounted to R400 therefore I had to contact them directly for a reversal as my bank couldn't do it. You had better do something about this, i can't afford to loose money during this lockdown period as it's no work no pay & every cent counts. I'm very upset with Inside Active.
