I have just come home from mozambik gateway branch. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the service and the attitude of every single one of the staff at that branch. I will never ever return to mozambik! I am totally put off! Firstly our waitress had a terrible attitude, like doing us a favour to take our order. After many attempts to find out why our order was not yet received, we were talked about, the manager was actually looking at us and shaking his head. What a pathetic manager! Our food came over an hour later. And the order was wrong as well. No serviettes. The people working there look at you like dumbstruck when you ask them anything!Pathetic service! Disgraceful behaviour! That place should be shut down!!!
Disgusting and pathetic attitude from managers at The Oyster Box Hotel after I got food poisoning from the High tea! Worst experience at Oyster Box High tea. I was treated to the high tea at Oyster box hotel to start my birthday celebrations. The experience was disappointing and disgusting for any place especially for a 5 star hotel. There were flies sitting on all the food. I didn’t want to make a fuss so I checked my food and ate it only to end up with severe food poisoning. I was severely ill with cramping, vommiting, tummy runs, weak, body aches and temp from Thursday night till Saturday. My birthday was spoilt and all my plans had to be cancelled as I suffered like a dog from eating at The supposed 5 star Oyster Box. We loved this place and were always celebrating our birthdays anniversaries etc there so My dad contacted the hotel and they only got back to him the next day saying there’s nothing they can do. Go ahead with putting a review! How disappointing is that, that they don’t care about their supporters, their customers. I am so disgusted by the response from them. I am just recovering now but The Oyster Box hotel will forever be a no go are for sure! I cannot believe the disgusting and pathetic attitude of the managers there!
High tea experience was really disappointing and disgusting. White guests were given superior treatment. Our drinks were not allowed to be refilled when requested but two tables with white guests had there’s continuously refilled. When asked the waiter they responded there manager only gave permission for those two tables to be topped up. We were not allowed
Really disgusted by the ethics of this so called company. Real thieves. Booked with them for my daughters christening and had to cancel due to a death. Raj Mohammed promised to pay back my money in full every time I called to remind him he asked fir my banking details and promised to pay. Have not received a cent from them. The function was in 2019 and its now 2021. Such thieves. Pathetic behaviour for a business man
