My fiancee has been waiting for her paperwork from DIRCO for 10 weeks now. She took the 6 to 8 week package. Now that she is in risk of losing her VISA. These people don't give a **** either. They refuse to answer calls or messages. Happy to take the money but do nothing. Here is the kicker they don't even do the applications themselves, they farm it out to another company. If I was you, I would stay way clear of these con artists.
The agent I used was Faldilia Moerat. She went above and beyond to assist me in the process. I will most certainly use her services again
Firstly, I called into the service center round 2pm to have the issue my line that was down reconnected. The agent who assisted me said the line would be up and running within 2hours. Come 8pm the line is still not up. So I call in and hold for 35min before the call is answered and then get transferred and the line is cut. I phone back this time hold for 57min before the call is answered to be greeted by the most unhelpful person who says no we can't connect your line call back in the morning. The after sales service of supersonic is by far the worst I have ever had and will NEVER recommend them to anyone and will be changing providers in the morning.
As a sports coach who understand the idea of planning etc. I found the roadmap mini course presented by Neil Malan extremely informative and very well presented. It really gives a great overview of the courses on offer and I am personally very keen to try out a few of the courses they have on offer.
