1st order... none of my high gloss boards were delivered. I contacted them and it was a error which was supposed to be rectified with delivery being made within 2 days. After 3 days I had to constantly follow up until the wood was eventually dropped at a neighbours house without my consent. 2nd order: countertops were not cut. My cabinet maker had to cut everything himself. No offcuts were sent and no invoice with the delivery. When my cabinet maker spoke to Jadee he said that they do not send offcuts but with the first order all of my offcuts were sent. Currently... waiting on Jadee to get back to me about draw rails... 2nd day that I called and I keep getting told that he will call me back before the end of the day yet no call. No one at this place takes responsibility and workmanship is poor. I would not recommend this place at all.
