Great staff and service!
I've been to quite a few board suppliers and I must say Simply Cabinet Door's services stands out above the rest. I am really not sure how the 1star ratings came about, but it is certainly not the case with my experience. I am doing a DIY project and the patience and assistance received was excellent from start to finish. Helpful staff and an atmosphere of been able to discuss plans is great. I can highly recommend Simply Cabinets Doors.

Great staff and service!
I've been to quite a few board suppliers and I must say Simply Cabinet Door's services stands out above the rest. I am really not sure how the 1star ratings came about, but it is certainly not the case with my experience. I am doing a DIY project and the patience and assistance received was excellent from start to finish. Helpful staff and an atmosphere of been able to discuss plans is great. I can highly recommend Simply Cabinets Doors.

Simply Cabinet Doors/ Best Boards (stikland)
1st order... none of my high gloss boards were delivered. I contacted them and it was a error which was supposed to be rectified with delivery being made within 2 days. After 3 days I had to constantly follow up until the wood was eventually dropped at a neighbours house without my consent. 2nd order: countertops were not cut. My cabinet maker had to cut everything himself. No offcuts were sent and no invoice with the delivery. When my cabinet maker spoke to Jadee he said that they do not send offcuts but with the first order all of my offcuts were sent. Currently... waiting on Jadee to get back to me about draw rails... 2nd day that I called and I keep getting told that he will call me back before the end of the day yet no call. No one at this place takes responsibility and workmanship is poor. I would not recommend this place at all.

They supplied me with poor machined and sanded SupaWood Doors. I could only see flaws on doors after spraying them. Went to them and they refuse to take responsibility and refund me my money. Please do not use them they will cost u alot of money.

Poor workmanship and no responsibility for bad quality.

Simply Cabinet Doors refuse to refund my money.
I used to work for a woodworking company previously and decided to finish their last Job in my personal capacity as the company closed down. I made an EFT to Simply Cabinet Doors for material needed for job with my name and Surname as reference. Luan Truter from Simply Cabinet Doors then let me know that they are keeping the money for outstanding payments still owed by the woodworking company I used to work for. Let me just make it clear, I only worked for them, I had no shares in the Business and was just a Job Foreman. Luan Truter told me in an email that their lawyer, Japie Daniel Theron from Lucas Dysel Crouse Inc in Durbanville, told him that it was the right thing to do. I have never heard anything so absurd in my life. Please help.
