Quick and satisfying service
I was looking for a product online and I drove to Cape Gate branch to buy it. When arriving a friendly sales lady asked me if sha can help. I told her what I needed and she gave it immediately. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Rather support Game than Makro. Much better service and what they advertise online is in store.

Makro only supply affordable products online.
I Googled a product and what I was looking for popped up. I drove all the way from Bellville to Makro Cape Gate to buy it. When I asked sale staff and showed them the product they informed me that that product was online only. I showed them the next one and that was also online only. It seems Game are only have more expensive products on the shelve and not the more affordable ones. I then Google their competitor over the street, the same way I searched them and found a more affordable product there. The staff just do not care either, they just say it's online and leave. The call centre also just put the phone down when I asked to get me that product. It seems Makro is to big now and only want you to buy online. Rather support the competitors, Game.

18 months since notification of cancellation
In February 2023, I formally notified Cartrack of the sale of my bakkie and provided them with the pertinent details of the new owner, including their phone number and ID number. Despite this, it has come to my attention that Cartrack continues to attempt to deduct funds from my account. Unfortunately, there hasn't been any further communication from Cartrack about the resolution of this matter since my notification of cancellation. It appears that there may be a deliberate delay in the cancellation of accounts, potentially aimed at maximizing financial gain.

Cartrack a danger for identity theft
I am very disappointed with Cartrack call centre and management. Every time they call me they ask for ID number. I repeatedly told them they must stop that practice as it pits their customers in danger of having their identities stole. Any person can call you and tell you that they are from cartrack and get your name, surname, ID number and adress. With this information a syndicate will have a field day opening accounts and creating huge problems. They say it is for verification purposes and POPIA act. They can use many other criteria that a syndicate can not use like, car make and model, adress, date of birth but, they insist on ID number. It seems Cartrack do not care about this danger. I hope this will get them to change their policies.

Poor workmanship and no responsibility for bad quality.
They supplied me with poor machined and sanded SupaWood Doors. I could only see flaws on doors after spraying them. Went to them and they refuse to take responsibility and refund me my money. Please do not use them they will cost u alot of money.
