They promised a guaranteed return on my investment but after investing my life savings, I got nothing in return. They seemed legitimate at first, but it was all a ****. I urge people to stay away from awful platforms and not risk their hard-earned money like I did. So after handing these clowns a over 50 pages detailed plan, having the specifications of each and every single board layed out in detail.... Half of the boards aren't delivered, where a board was supposed to be cut in a triangle, they cut a rectangle, and the edging is ALL messed up. That's after waiting almost two weeks for them to deliver my doors (of which two aren't even cut). It seems Chipbase, is unable to read a simple, yet detailed, plan and piece of paper. UTTERLY disappointed, a COMPLETE waist of over R4,000, and I will NEVER make use of your services again.

I'm once again frustrated & disappointed with the service received from Chipbase Montague Gdns CPT. I've been a client of the Iliad Group since 1996 (1st City Wood, Parow & then Chipbase, Montague Gdns). After 20yrs of loyal support I am fed up with the BS & indifferent attitudes of certain staff, namely Niel Mulder (Branch Man) & Willem (Factory Man). I run a small but successful business & can't deliver the level of service my clients expect when I receive such unsatisfactory service from my primary supplier. 2 Weeks BEFORE Easter holidays started I was kept waiting 7 working days for 1.3 boards. Neil blamed it on the holidays. I was kept waiting 3 working days for a 1 shelf! They couldn't assist me with a delivery because their vehicle was in for a service, yet when I passed by today @ 14h00 both delivery vehicles were present. Long lead times are blamed on workload meanwhile they have issues with machinery. I know things happen to disrupt production but be honest with clients & do what you can to assist so they don't go elsewhere. It's shameful that the Regional Manager had to call me to apologize because the Branch Man. can't / won't do it! I will be taking my biz elsewhere.
