Debt review takes
Went on debr review in 2019 to not fall behind on my debt. Its been 60 months later and creditors now calling me all day to tell me I am 10 months behind on my debt but I have not skipped one payment in 60 months. No one feeds back , no one assist you Cyber finance was the biggest mistake of life. If I knew they were able would do this I would have just continued paying it myself. I would like to know what happened to my money for 60 months and why was my creditors not paid as per agreement.

Insurance deceiving us not to pay out or fix
In 2021 my bedroom roof collapsed in the middle of night while we were asleep over us. Claim was rejected due to wear and tear but I only been in the home for 24 months. I have been fighting this claim rejection since as it is going to R50 000 to R100 000 to fix out of my pocket. Two weeks ago when we had the heavy rains and wind my top lounge roof started to leak and put in another claim and it was rejected again for wear and tear. The assessor went onto my roof and now the roof is 5 times worse and leaking everywhere. I filled in a complaint but seems wear and tear is how they get out of paying out. It is horrible paying insurance and for nothing
