The worst customer service!

I'd like to start of by saying that the customer service is absolutely awful. My family & I had placed a big order with them about 3 weeks ago when they ran the R100 birthday sale. We were still excited on getting the products that we ordered, despite the SuperHero SPF (which we really wanted) being sold out & technical difficulties experienced. A couple days later we got an email stating that two of the products that we ordered are out of stock, which was extremely disappointing. We did accept this however & were patiently waiting for the other products. Now we received an email which notified us that our order was canceled & money refunded. This is absolutely unfair & unprofessional. We are shocked by your poor customer service & deceitful marketing. We will not be supporting your buisness anymore.
