No delivery / bad service.
I’ve placed my order on the 29th of Nov , today is the 15th of December and I’ve received absolutely nothing , when I tried reaching on WhatsApp , no response , I sent an email , got response back 2 days later that advised my delivery will be done by Thursday the 12th , nothing came , then their delivery service sent me a WhatsApp message saying they’ll deliver latest Saturday the 14th , and after that , no communication , my packaged was not delivered by Saturday , I sent them so much messages on their platforms , no response , I’ve emailed them , no response , worst service I’ve ever received and it was my first time ordering from this brand. It is clearly overhyped because the service I’ve received is the most horrible. I will never ever purchase from Swiitch beauty again.

Worst Customer Service!
I placed my order and upon receiving my confirmation email I noticed I had ordered the incorrect shade of the contour stick. I then immediately emailed them and advised them of this and asked if they could change it to the correct shade before sending my parcel. I also sent a whatsapp and then IG DM, they still have not responded to my email or whatsapp two days later, on IG they advised they cannot change my order but they can send it and I can send it back and once they receive the item back they can send me the correct shade at an additional cost of R160 - make that make sense please???? If my parcel has already been shipped I could understand, but my order is literally not even packed yet and due to still be processed why not just give me the correct shade, I have advised in my email what the correct shade is now we need to go back and forth sending parcels around at extra costs?? This is absolutely ridiculous and it is the worst customer service I have experienced in while. They do not care about their customers at all! Highly disappointed and will not order from them again.

Ridiculously long wait for delivery
Really unprofessional service received. I have been waiting for almost two weeks for Courier it to deliver my Swiitch order. I received no reply when I emailed Swiitch beauty regarding the long delivery time. I don't think I will be placing any more orders with them in the future

Ridiculously long wait for delivery

The worst customer service!
I'd like to start of by saying that the customer service is absolutely awful. My family & I had placed a big order with them about 3 weeks ago when they ran the R100 birthday sale. We were still excited on getting the products that we ordered, despite the SuperHero SPF (which we really wanted) being sold out & technical difficulties experienced. A couple days later we got an email stating that two of the products that we ordered are out of stock, which was extremely disappointing. We did accept this however & were patiently waiting for the other products. Now we received an email which notified us that our order was canceled & money refunded. This is absolutely unfair & unprofessional. We are shocked by your poor customer service & deceitful marketing. We will not be supporting your buisness anymore.

I would like to complain about the terrible service from swiitch beauty - two weeks ago they ran a R100 birthday sale, the big hype around the process and they experienced technical difficulties. Eventually our orders were pushed through - few days later I get an email with my tracking number with all my items 2 days later I get an email stating that they cant give me two items its out of stock and it will not be replaced anytime. This is such a lie. Why put a customer through such a terrible experience. Today I get another email asking what would I want to do with the replacement items? But I received an email confirming my order. The customer service is absolutely terrible and I will never order from you ladies again.
