I would like to complain about the terrible service from swiitch beauty - two weeks ago they ran a R100 birthday sale, the big hype around the process and they experienced technical difficulties. Eventually our orders were pushed through - few days later I get an email with my tracking number with all my items 2 days later I get an email stating that they cant give me two items its out of stock and it will not be replaced anytime. This is such a lie. Why put a customer through such a terrible experience. Today I get another email asking what would I want to do with the replacement items? But I received an email confirming my order. The customer service is absolutely terrible and I will never order from you ladies again.
<p>On the 3rd of August I went to the Glenvista shopping centre MR price home store to order a bed, this item was not available on Online shopping therefore I had to go Instore to place an order. The sales guy told me to go to the Krugersdrop branch as they dont have stock. I drove to that branch with is 40kms away from home. I spent almost two hours in that store and still i couldnt place my order since the head office was closed. The next day 04th August I went back to the Glen shopping centre where i spent another hour waiting to be helped, I eventally placed my order and I was told that it takes 14 working days to deliver to the store. Today is the 31 August and I am still waiting for a call or some communication from the consultants at Head Office... No one seems to understand the urgency, Shihir Singh, Claudell Davids ( head office) & Mninawe Maflika (Store Manager at the Glen)... You guys really really really know how to keep your customers happy. No one communicates on time and when I went instore no body can help me, my husband also calls the headoffice and they keep him on hold for 20 mins and drop the call. I will never ever buy anything from Mr Price Home in the near future your service is extremely pathetic.</p>
