It's been a year now that I have been complaining to Rain about their wifi connection. The connection is basically non existent. South Africans are being ****med with having to pay for wifi on a monthly basis and yet have no or extremely poor connection. Calling Rain and complaining is completely useless because you will be told to move the router around, restart it, switch it on and off, they are connecting you to another tower. Yet the same problem persists and never gets resolved. They have no concern at all about how many times you log a ticket on the app, instead they created a automatic response stating you still have an open ticket that will be resolved in 24hrs. You will get the same message even if you log a ticket a week later. It's a **** if a service, you will and can never watch a program short at 30min without losing connection multiple times. It doesn't matter whether you change devises, switch the rouser on and off, move the router around, call them a million times where they just pretend to help you and continue with their daily routine of ****ming people. I won't even comment about the connection when it's raining, cold or windy weather, it's as if their wifi connection has gone for cover from the set weather conditions
I would like to Share the bad experience I have received from Credit Gate Way/repair. This is a debt counselor. Two years ago I asked to cancel my debt review contract I had with them, with regards to certain misunderstandings that transpired from the onset. I was later on required to pay a sum of R5000.00 to the debt Councillor for having canceled, which later on i got offered a discount amount to settle the R5000.00 which I paid to them in 2019. The arrangement was that once this amount was paid I will have my debt review status removed from the credit bureaus. To my surprise I am still under debt Review on TransUnion. I have sent a number of emails speaking to different consultants with no assistance. TransUnion confirmed that they had never received any instruction from Credit Gate way/repear to remove me from debt review and therefore requested me to ask this company to sent me and the credit bureau roof of their instruction. It's a year later they are unable to provide me with the proof and are now blaming in on one of their service providers named mcreditclinic. I have settled their amount as per the discount offered but yet my name is still under debt review on my TransUnion report. i feel as though i am working with a bunch of crooks, who have to care how they treat their customers or how their customers get affected by their service as long as they have obtained money.
