They host *****sters and clearly don't do due diligence. Contacted yesterday by someone posing as an FNB agent, who had ****** my card details. Reported as Spam on Trucaller, but this service provider needs to intervene urgently.

False advertising with inferior products
Purchased a ring online with a very clear description that mentioned 9ct gold metal in both the heading and the description, including a moissanite. The ring that arrived was 925 stamped silver, without a certificate of authenticity for the stone. When queried with the Bash customer services centre, I was told that there was nothing that could be done as the item did not exist. It does exist, and is in another listing with exactly the same description but at a different price. The solution was to offer me a 25% off voucher and a refund - but I want the ring that I ordered and that was advertised. Dealing with customer services is a nightmare - backwards and forwards with no resolution. Nil out of 10.

FNB: Glorified Loan Sharks
Glorified loan sharks. Don’t let you apply or add on to your student loan easily, so that they can catch you out. Documents get sent in time and are then ignored. I’ve been paying a ridiculous amount of interest on what is supposed to be my student loan for the past 3 months. It was explicitly stated on application that it is a student loan, all of my calls can be pulled. I also wrote on the paperwork that the initiation fee and interest were not correct. It is a massive difference in interest and fees. The entire “private banking” model is a waste of time and money as there’s no value added. I’ve logged a complaint but I am around 99.5% sure that it will not get resolved. Glorified loan sharks.

Fast and efficient service in receiving my textbooks
What an amazing experience and brilliant turnaround time! Book ordered on Monday and arrived at my office by Wednesday morning. I regret not having ordered the rest of my books through you! Thank you very much.
