SCAMMER ALERT - DO NOT BE ANOTHER VICTIM

On 11 August 2020 I saw a Facebook post by Cupboard Trendz showing off their work, I contacted the rep and numerous discussions took place thereafter. After studying the 3d computer generated designs of my kitchen Bic, I made an Eft payment of 60%(R210 000) of the total amount for the work to commence. The work commenced on the 29 October 2020. The team worked well for about two weeks. After I made the third payment of R150 000, my nightmare began. Work on my kitchen slowed down. Numerous excuses were given, rainy weather, carpenter met with an accident, waiting for materials, no driver, staffing problems, staff robbing them, staff picking up their medications. In December, the work came to a standstill. Calls were made to Cupboard Trendz, my calls were ignored. Messages to them via WhatsApp yielded no results. Now five months later, my kitchen is still in a bad state, the way cupboards Trendz left it. I am still waiting for the six quartz basins, quartz counter tops, kitchen blinds, dining room blinds, glass splash backs, bulkheads lighting, drawer handles, soft touch mechanisms, veg racks, bin accessories, all paid for. Cupboard Trendz have swindled me out of my hard earned money. Truly sad indeed, I trusted them and they are enjoying my money which I paid but work is not completed. This is intended to warn and save other people the same stress, agony and financial loss I experienced. I believe there are many others that have fallen prey - it only proves how shady this company is.
