It is with great pride and sincere gratitude, that I share my service experience, from Huge Connect and Huge Group. I experienced huge connectivity issues at my store whilst utilizing my Capitec bank card machine to process card transactions. My extreme frustration was resolved when it was suggested that I link up my Capitec card machine with a Huge Connect - Ethernet pad and indoor communication device. The Outcome was remarkably successful and extremely efficient and cost effective. Furthermore, I have received superior service, reliable connectivity and on point technical support. The all round experience was excellent, from Mr Shane Pillay, the service technicians, the support team, and Mr James Herbst, the CEO of Huge Group. A huge thank you, and my notable observations, are of this Group, forging a footprint in the 'Disruptive Technology Space.' quite remarkable indeed!
