After sleeping on the floor for a very long time with City to Coast movers not delivering my staff it got to me on the14th of May 2021, all my Furniture was damaged. A 4 month old bed, side tables and head board damaged got loaded with NO defects. A year old TV looks like they put a table on the TV back can see a white line on top of TV with the plastic that is bend at the back- Got loaded with NO Defects. Year old fridge corners paint gone and base bend and has holes and small dents - was loaded with NO defects, washing machine damaged - was loaded with NO defects. Boxes got wet and was open. I send them the photos of all the damages and still now effort of there side to contact me
32 day later still no furnature and phones still off when u get them on the phone it is one empty promis after a other empty promis.
Good day now going on 4 weeks and still do not have my staff delivered, new number I have is off WHAT MUST I DO. The company came and fetched the goods already on the 10th April so the goods can be delivered on 18th April. Due to a mistake in their warehouse they only send the goods down on the 18th of April. But on the conversations between me and Matthew he said he is sending it down on the 12th of April. We I called him on Friday he said the goods is only leaving PE 3 o’clock the morning Saturday. When I started to follow up on the Sunday about at when the load will arrive he had excuse. On Monday I told him I need my goods by 4 o’clock and did not happen when I eventually got a hold of him the afternoon he said the will Push to deliver by 8 o’clock the evening after I asked him must I make a plan for a place to sleep. The goods was never delivered and we had to sleep on the clod floor. Tuesday morning I called him and that was when he told me that the goods only left on Sunday morning. At this point we still have not receive our goods and are starting to get flu because we have to sleep on a thin mattress we borrowed from friends and we have to buy Takeaways everyday due to their mistake. And I feel they must at least cover the unplanned cost as it is a result of their mistake.

IT is coming to a point where I feel I need to make a case of theft and fraud against Mathew and Judy of City To Coast Movers
