Poor service, misrepresentation and poor quality
Misrepresentation and poor service: This company is not transparent on their website. I placed an order express with the website stating that the order would be dispatched between 4 to 7 days. When I queried after 7 days, I was notified that the goods would be sent from Spain to the Netherlands and then via the South African post office! After l made querying and 6 weeks later, I finally collected it at the Post Office. I had to pay a fee for the foreign item which cost me an additional R214!. I'm so angry. The quality of the goods suck too!

Con artists masquerading as as legitimate suppliers.
Beware of Wish.com. I placed an order in February and received nothing but apologies and excuses. No effort is made to investigate queries and their chatbots takes you in circles. You will lose your money.

Safair facilitates a scam
Flysafair facilitates a scam. We booked flights on Saturday, 24 April through edreams Safair rejected our booking stating that Edreams is a scam They knew about their troubles with Edreams, their travel partner since Thursday, yet they have not discontinued the link neither have they made the public aware. I hold Safair responsible for the loss and inconvenience incurred.. Safair didn't even attempt to assist us in acquiring a later booking.
